Free shipping policy:

Free shipping on special zone products with USPS Priority Mail for orders over $29 (delivered 2-5 days after shipment)

Regular products over $99 free shipping UPS or USPS (1-3 days delivery)

Except for products in the special zone with free shipping for orders over $29, all other products have free shipping for regular orders over $99. If an order includes products in the special zone with free shipping for orders over $29 and any other one or more products with free shipping for regular orders over $99, the free shipping threshold will be automatically adjusted to free shipping for orders over $99.

If your order only contains products within the free shipping zone over $29, your order can enjoy free shipping over $29 and be shipped via USPS Priority Mail.

If your order includes any products that normally cost $99 and have free shipping, your order must be over $99 and shipped via UPS or USPS .

Return Policy:

We ship from Monday to Thursday. Orders placed on Thursday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday will be shipped on Monday of the following week. Please do not fill in the commercial address. If the commercial address cannot be delivered, we will not refund or resend. Please note: When you receive the Tracking Number, it does not mean that the package has been shipped. Please refer to the actual delivery date. The transportation time shown on the website is only an estimate. The actual delivery time may vary. Please provide a detailed and accurate address. The delivery staff usually puts the package at your door, mailbox, parcel locker or school's receiving office! Please track the Tracking Number in time, check the status of your package, ensure that you receive the package as soon as possible and put it in the refrigerator as soon as possible. If you fail to pick up the delivered package in time due to your own reasons and the food deteriorates, we will not refund or resend. Please check the items after receiving the goods and freeze them immediately. Please eat as soon as possible after opening the bag. If there are quality problems such as bag bulging, air leakage, etc., please contact customer service on the same day after receiving the goods. For products with bulging bags and air leakage, please provide photos and order numbers for processing.
